  Do you ship internationally? If so, how much is shipping?
  Yes! International shipping is available and costs are determined based on the country you need the dress shipped to. All international orders will need to be processed through PayPal. We only ship international packages to confirmed PayPal addresses.
  Do you offer payment plans?
  Yes! Bridal Expressions offers flexible payment options. We will work with you to create a customized payment plan so you can have the dress of your dreams, and be able afford it too. Contact us at 801.571.5551 to set up a plan that works for you.
  Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?
  No, we know you have a busy schedule so stop by when it is convenient for you! We are open Monday- Friday 11am to 7pm and Saturday 10am- 6pm. We can't wait to see you.
  How much is shipping?
  Ground shipping is FREE on all orders over $150. Expedited shipping is only available in the continental U.S. and will be charged based on actual cost of shipment (usually around 35.00).
  How long will it take for my dress to arrive?
  Please call us at 801.571.5551 for specific shipping estimates and to see if your dress is in stock. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. In-stock items should arrive within 10 business days. Items that are not in-stock will have to be Special Ordered. You will be notified within 24 hours after purchase if your item is a special order item. Special order items are not returnable. Special order items can take up to 18 weeks. Because each wedding dress designer has different shipping parameters please call us to determine how long your dress will take to arrive. Rush orders are available on most dresses for an additional fee that ranges from $40-$150.
  How can I be certain my dress is authentic?
  Bridal Expressions offers only legitimate designer wedding dresses, prom dresses, and bridesmaids dresses. We don't sell fakes, knock offs, or other cheap imitations. We only carry real designer dresses that are manufactured to the highest standards and are worthy of being called "designer". If you visit the designer's website directly you will see our store listed as a retailer under our business name: Bridal Expressions, 10489 S State Street, Sandy, UT 84070
  How do I choose my size?
  In order to select the best fit for your body you will need to obtain your correct bust, waist, and hip measurements. Bridal Expressions recommends that you have this service done by a professional, most bridal salons will do this for a small fee. If you wish to take the measurements yourself please be aware that you should not take your own measurements, enlist the help of a friend and follow these simple instructions courtesy of Allure Bridals: >> MEASURE YOUR BUST Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Where the measuring tape overlaps is the measurement that you should use. >> MEASURE YOUR NATURAL WAIST Wrap the measuring tape around your natural waist, which is approximately 2 inches above your belly button. >> MEASURE YOUR HIPS Measure at the fullest part around your bottom and thighs (usually in the middle). You may not line up with one size so choose a size with your largest measurement.
  What if my measurements don't fit into one size category?
  There are very few people who fit exactly into one size category, so don't worry if your measurements fit into two different sizes. It is always a good idea to select a size according to your largest measurement.   Why does it say "Call for Price" on some dresses?
  Due to contractual obligations with some of our designers we are not allowed to post the prices of these dresses online. Just give us a call at 801.571.5551 and we will be happy to let you know the price as well as answer any other questions you may have! You can also send us an email at contact@bridal-expressions.com.
  What is your return policy?
  Bridal Expressions offers a "No Hassle" return policy on all in-stock purchases. If you purchase a dress that we have in inventory you have 48 hours after receipt to contact us for a Return Authorization. All items must be returned in original brand new condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your return. Returns on Special Order items will incur a mandatory 50% restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to the total purchase price of the item. If we do not have a dress in our physical inventory it is considered a special order. You will be notified if your item is a Special Order item within 24 hours of order placement or you can call us to check stock availability at 801.571.5551. All in store sales are final. **For a limited time only BridalExpressions.com is offering free exchanges on all Prom purchases through October 15, 2013.
